Kuala Lumpur - The Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation warned yesterday that laying off about one million foreign workers in the midst of the country's economic slump could pose social and security problems. Mr Lee Lam Thye, said the foundation was concerned as 80 per cent of Malaysia's 700,000 construction workers were foreigners.
