Amsterdam - Thousands of passengers were evacuated from Amsterdam's Schiphol international airport yesterday after an explosion in a fast-food outlet in the complex started a large blaze.
An airport spokesman said there were no serious casualties. The explosion was probably caused by a malfunctioning boiler, an airport security spokesman said.
