Havana - Cuba has made public what it claims was the first armed incursion by US-based opponents of the government since President Bush took office.
With President Fidel Castro looking on, an Interior Ministry researcher made the announcement on state television late on Wednesday, saying three Miami-based members of anti-Castro commando groups were arrested by Cuban coastguard officers last April 26th.
