Celtic Resources has completed its payments in its joint venture Russian mining company. Celtic has paid $5 million (£3.5 million) for the share of the charter capital in the South Verkhoyansk Mining Company. The joint venture is with Sakha-Zoloto, the state gold company of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the Russian Federation.
