THE five executive directors of Avonmore Foods plc received £992,000 in remuneration last year, according to the company's annual report. This compares with £847,000 in 1995.

No breakdown of the payments is given but the greatest remuneration would be to group managing director Mr Patrick O'Neill. The other executive directors are Mr Geoffrey Meagher, Mr William Murphy, Mr Rory O'Mahony and Mr Edward Power.
